The Vandens Karta Ensemble is a group of international performers creating cross-platform theatre that is diverse and unexpected. Delivered as a freelance project, the branding, web design and Framer build were created together, so the identity and website could grow side by side.

The branding takes its cue from the ensemble's unpredictable spirit: oversized, bold type runs off the edge of the page as if it can't be contained, set against striking production photography, with a sharp acid green and flashes of red adding energy. The same identity stretches across show posters and individual production pages, where colour shifts from show to show so each piece keeps its own character while still feeling part of the ensemble.

On the website, the performances come first, with a full-width gallery of production photography, a featured slot for upcoming shows and a works archive bringing past productions together.
